Booking Policy
These terms govern the booking and use of Tori Anderson-John Photography services. By reserving, you accept the policies outlined here, ensuring clarity and a seamless experience. We encourage all clients to review these terms carefully. We prioritize customer satisfaction and clarity in all aspects of our service.
Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. This ensures that we can adequately prepare and allocate resources for your photography needs. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, your chosen package will remain honored at the quoted rate once your deposit is paid. For cancellations, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Failure to do so may incur fees based on the remaining balance.
Copyright and Usage Rights
All images produced remain the property of Tori Anderson-John Photography. Clients receive personal usage rights for prints and digital images but not commercial rights without prior consent. We retain the right to use images for portfolio display, marketing, and social media unless a written request for exclusion is made.
